WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • FREE SHIPPING is included on every U.S. order $35+ USD

  • Standard Ground shipping in the U.S. is $5.95) we currently do not ship outside of the U.S.)

  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available

  • Orders are processed 1-3 business days after order is received (orders are processed the next business days after a Weekend or Holiday)

  • Delivery times are subject to USPS current transportation timeframes (typically 3-5 business days from order shipment date)

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Our shopping experience features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.  We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card. Your account will be charged once the order is completed.
  • Third Party Payment Apps: Use AmazonPay, ShopPay. GooglePay or PayPal to shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. You must register for an account directly with these services to use any of them.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

True Beauty Lashes, Inc. holds the health of our employees and you, our valuable customer, in the highest priority. 

Because of the personal nature of our lash products, for sanity purposes we cannot offer refunds on products that have been opened or the product safety seal has been disturbed.

  • Items returned within 14 days of their delivery date will be eligible for a refund or store credit.

  • Items must be unopened, with original packaging and security safety seal in tact.

  • Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase or provided as store credit.

  • Shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
