Privacy Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

True Beauty Lashes, Inc. ("LashLovr," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the LashLovr website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), including any purchase of products.

Please read this policy carefully. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information:

a. Information You Provide

  • Account information (name, email address, password, shipping/billing address, phone number).
  • Payment information (processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details).
  • Lash preferences, quiz responses, and any content you submit (e.g., reviews or support messages).
  • Profile details you choose to add.

b. Biometric Data When you use our optional facial scan feature, we capture a single image of your face (focused on the eye area) via your device’s camera. From this image, we derive eye shape attributes (size, spacing, depth, angle, proportion, lid type). We store the image and derived attributes for providing recommendations and improving our AI model.

We do not collect or store retina or iris scans, and we do not use this data to identify you outside the Platform. Full details, including consent, retention, and your rights, are in our separate Biometric Information Policy at https://www.inspiretruebeauty.com/pages/biometric-information-policy.

c. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs).
  • Analytics data (pages visited, time spent, features used, clickstream data).
  • Cookies and similar technologies (for session management, preferences, and analytics).

d. Information from Third Parties

  • Payment processors, shipping providers, and analytics partners.
  • If you link social media accounts or log in via third-party services, we may receive limited profile information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Platform (e.g., personalized recommendations, virtual try-on, order fulfillment).
  • Process transactions and ship products.
  • Communicate with you (order confirmations, support, updates).
  • Improve our AI model accuracy using stored facial images and derived attributes (internal use only).
  • Conduct analytics, research, and marketing (with your consent where required).
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or biometric data.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, shipping) who are contractually obligated to protect it.
  • Affiliates for operational purposes.
  • Law enforcement or authorities when required by law or to protect rights/safety.
  • In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition).

Biometric data is shared only as described in our Biometric Information Policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
